Gratitude: the quality of being thankful
I truly don't think I understood the meaning of the word gratitude until my boys. They are the reason I breath, the reason I wake in the middle of the night and go to work, and the reason I fight to make damn sure they have the best life imaginable.

Before I gave birth to Nolan in December, I told myself I was going to take the next year to take the time to be grateful for every moment while my boys are young.

I know, being a mom of two young boys, is hard, stressful and just downright exhausting. But I also knew, it only lasted a little while. It seemed like overnight Roman went from newborn, to baby to toddler to full grown little boy. And I wanted to make sure even though there were moments I wanted to cry and pull my hair out, that I took the time to savor each and every kiss, hug, "Mama," and even tears.
Make sure you take a moment to think about what you're grateful and thankful for on this day of thanks.
